Organized by the Branik Maribor Cycling Association, 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of the Cycling Marathon around Pohorje.
The marathon brings together all cycling enthusiasts who consider pedal-turning a way of life and who most enjoy the beautiful countryside of our home and native land from the seat of a bicycle. The marathon is an excellent chance to get moving, have a trip and get together with people of the same ilk. Adults can lead by example and encourage and motivate young cyclists who take part in this type of event for the first time.
